Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a driven sales professional with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and 5–7 years’ experience in FMCG or private label. You have strong retail connections, a solid record of meeting targets, and know how to build lasting relationships. You’re confident managing multiple projects, understand supply chain and product development, and communicate clearly. Fluency in English is a must; other languages are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the main contact for key accounts, building strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Drive growth within existing accounts and help win new clients in FMCG and private label. Negotiate deals that meet customer and company goals. Coordinate with purchasing, supply chain, logistics, and design to ensure smooth, on-time delivery. Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and consumer insights. Represent Beyond Labels at trade shows and industry events.
